The ETD34 horizontal transformer is a custom-wound high frequency transformer built on an ETD34 ferrite core with a horizontal (low-profile) bobbin, designed for switching power supplies and power conversion circuits. The horizontal pin layout keeps the overall board height low and allows the component to sit flat on the PCB, which suits slim enclosures and boards with limited vertical clearance.
Turns ratio, inductance, pin configuration, creepage distance, wire type (enamelled copper, triple insulated wire or Litz wire) and insulation class are all engineered to the customer's schematic rather than sold as a fixed catalogue item. Typical operating frequency ranges from 20 kHz to 200 kHz, and the achievable output power depends on the winding design, cooling condition and topology used.
Every unit is produced in our own Dongguan factory under an ISO 9001 quality system, with electrical testing on 100% of finished goods.

Q1: How long does it take to get a sample?
A1: 3-5 working days for new custom samples; 1 day if the sample is in stock.
Q2: Who pays the shipping cost for samples?
A2: The freight cost is covered by the customer. We will help you compare couriers and choose the most economical shipping way.
Q3: Can you provide technical support for customized products?
A3: Yes. Our in-house R&D team offers free technical support based on your specific requirements. We can customize input & output voltage, power, inductance, dimensions, core material, wire material, pin configuration and more.
Q4: Can you accept a flexible MOQ?
A4: Yes, we can be flexible with MOQ depending on your industry and the type of product you need. Could you tell us the application of the product and your estimated annual usage? We will then confirm the most suitable MOQ and price for you.
Q5: If I have a large quantity of goods that need to be shipped by sea, can you ensure proper packaging and protection for them?
A5: Yes. Goods are packed in strong export cartons, stacked on wooden pallets and shrink-wrapped, so they stay protected during long sea transport.
Q6: What is your normal lead time for mass production?
A6: Standard lead time is about [15-25] days after order confirmation, depending on quantity and product complexity. For urgent projects, please tell us your target date and we will check the production schedule for you.
Q7: What certifications do you have?
A7: Our factory is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Our products can be supplied to CE, CB, UL, cUL and RoHS requirements. We can also support the documents you need for your own certification.
Q8: What payment terms do you accept?
A8: We accept T/T, Paypal, or Western Union. Sample orders are paid in full in advance; for bulk orders the terms can be discussed based on order value and cooperation history.
