UT20 Common Mode Choke is a dual-winding toroidal filter inductor designed to suppress common mode noise on AC/DC power lines. Built on a high-permeability ferrite toroid with a UL 94V-0 base and fully copper enameled windings, it delivers high common mode impedance with very low differential mode loss, helping switching power supplies, LED drivers and industrial equipment pass EMC/CE/FCC conducted-emission tests at first attempt.
Available in vertical (through-hole) and horizontal mounting, with inductance, wire gauge, pin layout and creepage distance fully customizable. OEM & ODM welcome — drawings within 3 days, samples within 7 days, MOQ from 100 pcs.

Every batch passes 100% inductance and Hi-Pot testing, plus DCR, appearance and pin-coplanarity inspection before packing. Incoming ferrite cores and enameled wire are verified against UL-recognized material lists, and finished goods are checked by AQL sampling before shipment.
