The CHTX207-2 induction heating coil is a flat spiral air-core coil engineered for high-frequency electromagnetic induction heating systems. It is wound with multi-strand enameled Litz wire (100% pure copper) to minimize skin effect and eddy-current loss at 20–40 kHz, and is backed by ferrite bars mounted on a heat-resistant insulating base to concentrate the magnetic flux upward toward the load. The result is faster heat-up, higher electro-thermal conversion efficiency and lower coil temperature rise during continuous operation.
Terminated with high-temperature silicone lead wires and copper ring terminals (red/black), the coil can be bolted directly onto the PCB or busbar of an induction cooker, commercial wok range, induction water heater or industrial heating module. Diameter, turns, inductance, lead length and terminal type are all fully customisable (OEM / ODM).

Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer with our own winding and testing workshop, supporting OEM and ODM projects.
Q2: Can the coil be made to my own drawing or sample?
A: Yes. Send us the outer diameter, turns, target inductance, wire specification, ferrite layout and lead length, and our engineers will confirm feasibility within 24 hours.
Q3: What is the sample lead time?
A: Typically 7–12 working days for a custom coil sample after the drawing is confirmed; mass production lead time depends on order quantity.
Q4: Why use Litz wire instead of a single solid copper wire?
A: At 20–40 kHz the skin effect confines current to the conductor surface. Litz wire splits the current between many insulated strands, lowering AC resistance, temperature rise and power loss.
Q5: What is the function of the ferrite bars?
A: They provide a low-reluctance return path, concentrate the magnetic flux toward the cookware or workpiece and shield the control PCB underneath from magnetic interference.
Q6: How do you pack and ship?
A: Anti-static bag + foam partition + export carton. Shipping by express, air or sea under EXW / FOB / CIF terms.
