The EQ40 High Frequency LLC Planar Transformer is a low-profile, 15A high-current magnetic component engineered for DC-DC converters and LLC resonant topologies. Built on an EQ40 ferrite core with copper foil windings instead of conventional round magnet wire, this planar transformer delivers a flat, space-saving profile with excellent thermal performance — ideal for power designs where board height is the most constrained dimension.
Manufactured under a UL Recognized file (No. E332338), each unit features a shielded metal housing and epoxy potting at the base for mechanical stability, EMI suppression and vibration resistance.
