This SMD shielded power inductor is a surface mount magnetic component designed for DC-DC conversion, output filtering and energy storage in compact electronic circuits. It is built on a ferrite drum core wound with enamelled copper wire and fully encapsulated in a magnetically shielded ferrite resin body, so the magnetic flux is kept inside the component instead of radiating into the surrounding circuit.
The shielded construction is the reason this part can be placed directly next to sensitive analog traces, feedback lines or RF sections without injecting noise into them. The square low-profile body with flat bottom terminations gives a stable footprint for automated pick-and-place and reflow soldering, and the wide, thick copper winding keeps DC resistance low so conduction loss and temperature rise stay under control at continuous load.
The unit shown is marked 330, which indicates a nominal inductance of 33 µH. The same mechanical platform covers a full inductance library, so a single footprint can serve several output rails in one design. Every parameter is defined against the customer drawing or the target converter specification: inductance, rated current, saturation current, DCR, dimensions, marking and packaging.

Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A1: We are a manufacturer. We operate our own 10,000 sqm production base in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, with 8 complete production lines and in-house R&D and QC teams.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
A2: Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pcs. For customized designs the MOQ may vary with the complexity of the structure, and we can discuss a suitable quantity for your project.
Q3: What does the marking 330 mean?
A3: The marking uses the standard three digit code. The first two digits are significant figures and the third is the number of zeros in microhenry, so 330 means 33 µH. Custom marking can be printed on request.
Q4: What payment terms do you accept?
A4: We accept T/T, PayPal and Western Union.
Q5: Can I get samples before mass production?
A5: Yes. Samples are available for evaluation. Please advise the required inductance, rated current, DCR target and package size, and our engineers will confirm the sample plan with you.
Q6: How do I choose between rated current and saturation current?
A6: Rated current relates to temperature rise under continuous load, while saturation current relates to the point where inductance drops under peak current. Your design should keep the average current below the rated current and the peak current below the saturation current. Send us your input voltage, output voltage, switching frequency and load current and we will recommend a suitable part.
Q7: Can you customize inductance, size and DCR?
A7: Yes. Inductance, tolerance, rated current, saturation current, DCR target, body dimensions, terminal layout, marking and reel quantity can all be customized. Send your drawing or target specification and we will provide a proposal.
Q8: Which certifications do you have?
A8: We hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 system certification. Product certifications including CE, CB, UL, cUL and RoHS are available. Please tell us your target market so we can confirm the applicable scope for your model.
Q9: Can you replace a part I am currently using?
A9: Yes. Provide the existing part number, datasheet or a physical sample, and we will propose an alternative matched on footprint, inductance, current rating and DCR.
Q10: How are the products packed and shipped?
A10: Products are supplied in tape and reel packaging inside sealed moisture barrier bags with desiccant, then packed in inner and export cartons. We ship by express, air or sea, and we support DDP and DDU terms.
Q11: Do you have overseas warehouses or dropshipping service?
A11: We do not operate overseas warehouses and do not provide dropshipping. All goods are shipped directly from our factory in China.
Q12: What if there is a quality problem after delivery?
A12: Please provide the batch number, test conditions and failure photos or measurement data. Our QC and R&D teams will analyse the samples, issue an analysis report and agree a replacement or corrective action plan with you.
